NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service Episode 20.16 Butterfly Effect

When people at a strip mall collapse, the team thinks it's an attack, since among the victims are a Naval captain and ensign. When the team arrives they discover the people regaining consciousness. They learn that they were exposed to a knock-out gas. They wonder why and learn one of the victims is a contractor whose clients include some affluent persons. Thinking that one of the clients is a target they check them all out. Only a senator is unreachable So they check her house and find the maid unconscious and the thief stealing something from the safe. They arrest the thief and learn it's one of the victims from the mall. She tells them someone kidnapped her father and is forcing her to rob the safe. They don't know if they should believe her but they decide to take the chance. While this is going on, Knight has concerns about her father, who is in Japan.
