Synopsis

During a ceremony when land belonging to the Navy is being returned to the Hawaiians, a body I said found. It's a woman who is identified as being a protester, who was protesting the owner of the neighboring land who has not exactly respectable plans. When they talk to the man, he denies any knowledge of the victim . But when they investigate, they discover the man and woman have a connection. When Millius plans to transfer, Tennet decides to go out with him and they spend the night and someone close to her sees them, the following morning.
