Synopsis

The preliminaries continue as the next match pits Hidden Sand Village ninja Gaara's teammate, Kankuro, against Orochimaru's minion, Misumi. Soon after the battle starts, Misumi captures Kankuro, using a body that can freely dislocate numerous joints to become extremely loose. But the body that Misumi captures is actually a doll. Kankuro is a puppeteer who uses puppets in battle. The momentum of the fight shifts in favor of Kankuro and ends in his victory. The next match is announced as Sakura versus Ino.
