Synopsis

Sakura goes out to town with Tazuna and discovers the hardship that the people of Land of Waves suffer under Gato's rule. It is because of this reason that Tazuna risks his life building a bridge that crosses the ocean. He believes that by constructing a bridge, people will no longer have to rely on Gatoh, who controls all imports. Meanwhile, Naruto and Sasuke continue to train, using Chakra to climb up a tree. When the two return from the forest to Tazuna's house, they are worn out from their intense training. But a child named Inari gives them a cold stare and dismisses their hard work, telling them they have no chance of defeating Gatoh. Inari's reasons lie with his foster father Kaiza, who had been executed by Gatoh...
