During a political protest in Washington, D.C., a disgruntled farmer parks his explosives-packed tractor near the Treasury Department building, forcing Lightman and his team to make some crucial life-or-death decisions. Either he is a peaceful protestor who should not be shot at, or he is a dangerous bomber that needs to be killed. Lightman learns that the farmer is merely a distraction for another bomber attempting to strike elsewhere in the city, and the team diffuses both situations.
A third-grade field trip gets stuck in the Lightman Group offices, and Loker has to play babysitter.
