PANDORA'S BOX - Detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Curtis (Benjamin Bratt) are off to a challenging start when they arrive at the latest crime scene to find both the victim and the perpetrator dead. With little evidence to go on, the trail of clues leads the detectives to a speechless 10-year-old witness, thus introducing them to the dangerous web of the Russian Mafia. When assistant District Attorneys McCoy (Sam Waterston) and Carmichael (Angie Harmon) begin to prosecute, the mafia-connected defendants 'miraculously' silence the witnesses and endanger the lives of the attorneys.
