Synopsis

SEX, DRUGS, MURDER -- When a young, pregnant Nigerian girl goes into fatal convulsions, 20 heroin-filled condoms are found in her stomach. Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Logan (Chris Noth) must track down those responsible for the drugs and consequently the girl's murder. But can the D.A.'s office make charges stick when the culprit is a Nigerian Tribal Chief?
