Synopsis

VIGILANT DEFENDANT -- Two brothers, with a shared history of arrests for theft and assault, are shot down in a downtown shopping area. The shooter, an immigrant owner of a local shop, claims self-defense; however, detectives reenact the crime and uncover the real motive.
