Synopsis

SISTER, SISTER -- When a young woman is found bludgeoned into a coma, Detectives Briscoe (Jerry Orbach) and Green (Jesse L. Martin) believe that an employee (guest star Sebastian Roche) in the state comptroller's office is the prime culprit -- especially when they discover that their suspect was the boyfriend of the victim's sister who disappeared three years earlier. But as a confident McCoy (Sam Waterston) and Carmichael (Angie Harmon) sift through the puzzle, their key piece of evidence -- matching DNA found at the crime scene -- may not be enough for a conviction when another witness steps forward.
