Synopsis

Chef Ramsay visits Fleming, a once-popular Danish restaurant in Miami, FL, where a husband-wife team are in desperate need of help. With a stubborn owner who is in denial about reality and resistant to change with the times, the establishment is now barely surviving. After Chef Ramsay sees what's lurking in the cooler, he is forced to shut down the restaurant in the middle of dinner service.
