King Of The Hill Episode 11.03 Blood and Sauce

Bill becomes despondent when alley talk turns to what the guys are going to be able to pass down to their sons because Bill doesn't have anyone to teach his family secrets to. Hank inspires Bill to seek out his family by talking to a genealogist. Bill invites everyone with the Dauterive last name that the "genealogist" googled off the internet to his house for a party expecting around 85 people to show. Everyone helps out setting-up when Bill freaks including Bobby who ditches. When his cousin Gilbert is the only one to show, Bill learns that they are the last of their family line. After Bill shares his incredible barbeque with the neighbors, Hank takes some into work where Strickland tastes it and decides he could make money off selling the sauce, so he offers to put together investors and Bill sees this as an opportunity to pass on his family tradition through the sauce. Feeling bad about ditching last time, Bobby offers to help Bill prepare and cook for all the investors, but after all the work, Gilbert comes back to town and chastises Bill for whoring out the family name and forbids him to sell the family recipe. In the end, Bill is happy that he has passed his tradition on even if Bobby isn't his flesh and blood.
