McGarrett and Danny are kidnapped by Parrish, a convicted man who escaped custody. Parrish convinces them that he's innocent and McGarrett and Danny help uncover that he was framed. Arriving at the witness who testified against Parrish's house, they are met by gunfire and find the witness dead. Parrish escapes custody and disappears. Kono reveals the identity of the man framing Parrish and the team rushes to stop him. Unfortunately, they don't arrive in time to save Parrish, but are able to clear his name for his daughter. Meanwhile, Danny deals with Grace after she punches someone at school and is expelled.
