Synopsis

Alicia is shocked when Will and Diane offer to make her an equity partner for the capital contribution of six hundred thousand dollars. She wants in, but the timing could not be worse--the bankruptcy deadline is here, and Will and Diane must get the judge to approve an extension over the objections of both Louis Canning and Clarke Hayden. When it comes to light that five associates including Cary have been offered partnership as well, Alicia starts to wonder if she's being played. Meanwhile, David Lee represents the fiancee of internet billionaire Neil Gross as the betrothed couple attempt to work out a prenup. Eli works with Jordan to try and nail Maddie Hayward over her lack of religion, but he begins to doubt his effectiveness when the plan backfires.
