When the director of a migrant center is abducted. The mayor asks the bureau to investigate and they find the director is being held at his home by a man who stayed at the center. He demands the whereabouts of his daughter who disappeared. The father thinks the director knows something about it which he denies. They investigate and learn she was abducted nut not by the director. The father demands that unless they find her he will the director and/ or his pregnant wife. Maggie offers to take their place and the father accepts. The team tries to find the daughter before the deadline.
