As the bond between the two deepens, causing unease within, Mine, upon seeing that Alya has not left, fears the closeness between Cihan and Alya and devises her own plan to thwart it. Ecmel collaborates with Mahmut to separate Kaya and Zerrin. Nare, not wanting Zerrin to have a future like hers, seeks help from ?ahin, but in her anger towards Ecmel, she speaks harshly to ?ahin as well. Meanwhile, Ecmel pressures ?ahin to involve him in the deal he made with Demir to overthrow Cihan. When ?ahin learns the terms of the agreement, he realizes he will be directly opposing Cihan. When Alya goes outside the hospital on duty, Cihan does not leave her alone for her safety.
