Synopsis

Everything in town is destroyed in Quahog after a hurricane-except the Drunken Clam, which is turned into a British pub by a man who becomes the Griffins' new neighbor. Meanwhile, Stewie tries to teach his new neighbor's crass English daughter how to drop her cockney accent and speak properly.
