Synopsis

Heads roll and hearts break after Romano is demoted to the ER, where a mom-to-be hears grim news about her own health. Pratt's faux pas spoils Chen's birthday and Kovac implores Weaver and Corday to help him arrange a pro-bono operation for a dying Croatian child.
