Synopsis

Buttermilk Kitchen (Atlanta, Ga.) • The Thumb (Scottsdale, Ariz.) • Fred's Texas Cafe (Fort Worth, Tex.)

This trip, Guy's grabbin' seconds of the best bacon, burgers, and smoked meats in between. In Atlanta, they're servin' up a smoked bacon meatloaf sandwich and mini banana bread loaves drenched in chocolate. In Arizona, a former doctor smokin' competition-quality sliced brisket, ribs, and pork & grits in a gas station.
