Synopsis

Texas Pride BBQ (Adkins, Tex.) • The Joint (New Orleans, La.) • The Shed (Ocean Springs, Miss.) This trip, Guy's rollin' on a Southern swing to check out different kinds of BBQ. First up, outside San Antonio, a sprawlin' complex smokin' brisket, ribs, and more Texas-style. Then in the Big Easy they're mashin' up Carolina, Memphis, and some of their own style. And in Mississippi, a true family-run dive where the locals like their sauce sweet on ribs, brisket, and even wings.
