You know that mysterious plan Paul Young has been talking about ever since he got out of prison? Well, it's a mystery no more. He's opening up a halfway house for felons smack dab in the middle of Wisteria Lane. There goes the neighborhood! How many times have we said that about this place?

Susan gets an eyeful of flesh when she accidentally walks in on Lynette and Tom during a naked situation. Okay, they were having sex. Susan is curious as to why Lynette never mentioned her hubby's most impressive physical attribute before. She dubs him Tommy Tripod. Figure it out.

Tom also wonders why Lynette doesn't brag about what he brings to the table in the bedroom. Not that he actually puts it on the table. Think of all the Lemon Pledge they'd go through. Anyway, Lynette does finally enlighten everyone about her husband's sizeable contribution to their sex life during a neighborhood meeting to discuss the halfway house situation. Needless to say, the meeting is quickly adjourned.

Tommy Tripod (yeah, we're gonna latch on to that one) doesn't get why it's so difficult for Lynette to praise him. Well, it's probably because everyone else does it for her. Lynette says, "For almost 20 years, all I've heard is how incredibly lucky I am to have a guy like you. So, if I don't constantly brag about how great you are, it's only because I don't want to be reminded of how much I don't deserve you." Tom assures her that he's actually the lucky one.

Susan catches Renee sobbing uncontrollably on her sofa. It's her birthday, which is something Renee hasn't celebrated since the third time she turned 28. Well, all that's about to change. Susan is taking her out to dinner. While at the restaurant, Renee reveals that the reason she was in tears earlier is because she was thinking about this great guy from her past. He was the one who got away. Susan is shocked when a tipsy Renee reveals that the old flame she's talking about is a certain big man down the lane.

Gaby takes drastic measures when she learns Carmen is still planning to take Grace to Texas until her husband can find a way back into the country. And by drastic measures, we mean she calls immigration. Her plan was to have Carmen deported so that Grace could stay with her. It's a pretty low move, but Gaby has a change of heart when she sees how devastating it would be to tear Grace away from the only mother she's ever known. So, Gaby pretends that she's Carmen when the INS agents arrive. Hope her papers are in order.

When Carlos picks up Gaby from jail, he tells her that Carmen and Grace are leaving for Texas first thing in the morning. Why? The government's radar is up. Their house is no longer a safe place to hide. It's a heartbreaking good-bye as Gaby soaks in Grace's face, trying to memorize it. She hugs Carmen and says, "Thank you for taking care of my baby." Carmen responds, "Thank you for taking care of mine." Then they are gone.

Keith is bummed when Bree invites a depressed Richard out to dinner with them. It's not that he doesn't love his dad, it's just he was hoping to give Bree an engagement ring at some point during the evening. Keith is happy that Bree is looking out for his pop but even happier when they finally score a dinner date without him. He plans to have the engagement ring delivered in an appetizer. Too bad dear old dad shows up at the restaurant.

Bree invites Richard to join them...again! But she also pulls up a chair for Tracy (guest star Cynthia Watros), a recently-divorced friend she ran into at the bar. She's hoping these two will hit it off. Yeah, that doesn't happen. And when Tracy pulls a tiny engagement ring from the jumbo shrimp cocktail, Keith loses his appetite and his desire to propose. Later, Bree has an uncomfortable conversation with Richard, which has her thinking he may be looking to be more than just a possible father-in-law to her.

At a second meeting regarding the halfway house, Paul informs his neighbors that he now owns seven homes on Wisteria Lane. All he needs is one more person to sell and he'll have a majority vote that'll allow him to open the halfway house. Such a move would lower everyone else's property values, so Paul's confident someone in the room will bite. Lynette says, "We're not going to let you destroy this street." But judging by all the bickering that's taking place, Paul's pretty certain that his neighbors will end up destroying themselves.
