When Mike (Patrick Warburton) learns his childhood bully, Kyle Sullivan (David Spade), is in prison and wants to meet with him, he jumps at the chance to rub his perfect life in Kyle's face. He also assumes Kyle wants to apologize, but instead, Kyle denies ever having perpetrated the prank Mike is hung up on - being glued to his seat in fifth grade - and reveals he only wanted to talk to Mike to get Bob's (Stacy Keach) help. Kyle is being framed for drug possession and believes Bob can get the security footage he needs to prove his innocence. Mike asks Bob to retrieve the footage in the hopes of blackmailing Kyle into admitting his guilt, but Kyle maintains it wasn't him. Disappointed, Mike gives Kyle the footage anyway and begins investigating who else could've pranked him.

Hearing this, Bob confesses it was Kyle who glued Mike to the chair and that he's known all along. He didn't get involved because he didn't want Mike to be perceived as a tattletale. Instead, Bob signed Mike up for boxing classes to toughen him up. The reveal starts up yet another fight between Bob and Mike, but Martina (Carrie Preston) interjects and gets Mike to realize what he's really upset about - having been a scrawny kid in the first place. As always, Martina's intervention helps Bob and Mike come to an understanding about each other. But all of the therapy in the world couldn't stop Mike from doing what he does next: after inviting Kyle to a bar, Mike gets Kyle to own up to the prank and then asks him to buy him a beer. Only Kyle can't get up because he's been glued to his seat. Mic drop, Mike Moore.
