A bratty twenty-year-old daughter of an important client gets a job as an intern at the agency. With everyone complaining about nepotism, Sydney's insecurities about how she is perceived resurface. After putting up with some awful behavior from the young intern, Sydney and Simon lose their cool with her - a situation they must immediately remedy so she won't tell on them to her powerful father. Meanwhile, Lauren falls back into a casual sex habit with Zach, a "Habit Loop" that she wants to break out of and attempts to do so by replacing Zach with Andrew.
