Danny is stopped by an NYPD officer because his car matches the description of one involved in a drug deal. He is shocked to discover a bag of cocaine was planted in his trunk and he is taken into custody. The entire Reagan family heads to Frank's house and they begin to formulate a plan to get Danny out of the mess he is in. Henry calls Jack Boyle to defend Danny and once he is out of lock up, he enlists the help of the entire family. More and more evidence points to Danny's guilt and although the investigation seems to be going by the book, Danny senses something isn't right and does some more digging on his own. He finds out that the investigating Internal Affairs officer is behind the framing and with Kate's help he is able to cleverly lure him into the squad to get him to confess.
