Liz catches Jack in his office getting nostalgic over all his past accomplishments. But Liz wants to change the subject; she wants to know if Jack's the voice behind the website Pronuncify.com. Jack is shocked that the writers discovered the website he leant his voice to while he was at Princeton.
Liz decides to participate in the TGS crew's lottery. Pete warns her that if she wins, the staff will turn on her. When Liz does end up winning the money, she offers to buy drinks for the entire crew so they'll keep liking her. In return, they give Liz a warm round of applause for her nice gesture.
Liz remembers what it was like to be popular. She tells Jack that she was popular in college for two weeks and felt like she was on top of the world. Liz tells Jenna that she's ready to be popular again. Jenna warns Liz to accept that she'll never be cool around TGS. She'll always be seen as the "R.A."
After the writers discover whatever words they type on Pronuncify.com will be repeated by Jack's voice, they decide to prank Pete by calling him. Pete believes he's really talking to Jack. Thinking he's found a new friend, Peter offers to write Jack a poem.
Liz is still trying to win over the entire TGS crew by not only buying drinks for them, but ice cream too. When she discovers that one crew member, Tony, is a lactose-intolerant alcoholic, she gives him the watch off her wrist. Liz is just happy that she's still popular.
After Pete's phone conversation with "Jack," he heads to Jack's office with a guitar and his poncho. Jack walks in and remarks that after his long day at work, this is exactly what he needs - a way to create the college memories he never had because he was so poor.
The TGS crew discovers that Liz has been buying her way to popularity. She stands up and declares herself the R.A. She's proud because the R.A. is all about rules, and she's about to make some of her own, including no more lottery gambling at work, no dogs on the premises, and no extra-long lunch breaks.
