Steven Patrick Morrissey's Doubts Over Memoirs
Celebrity

British singer Morrissey is crippled with doubt about his recently-completed memoirs, because he's convinced he is too boring to pen a bestseller.

AceShowbiz - The former The Smiths frontman, Morrissey has spent more than three years recounting his life story in a bid to address the numerous rumours and gossip that has surrounded him throughout his 28-year career.

He has now completed the autobiography and is preparing to shop around for a publishing deal - but he is concerned the 660-page tome will be too tedious for readers.

Morrissey tells BBC Radio 4, "I've reached the re-drafting, trimming stage. I have been through the whole life. I just wonder if 660 pages are too much for people to bear. And then I sit down and think, well, are six pages too much for people to bear? I really don't know. (It's) baffling because I'm really not that interesting."
