AceShowbiz - Country singer Blake Shelton is the latest star to sign up to mentor acts on upcoming U.S. TV talent show "The Voice". Shelton will join Christina Aguilera, Cee-Lo Green and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine, who will be the judges and coaches for the competition's contestants.
And the "Hillbilly Bone" hitmaker can't wait to bring his country flair to the panel of experts. A statement from Shelton reads, "I'm not sure 'The Voice' knows what they signed on for by bringing me on the show. I know this for sure; Christina, Cee Lo, Adam and I are going to have a blast and I am extremely excited to be part of a show that recognizes true vocal talent."
"The Voice" kicks off on April 26 in the U.S.
