Chris Brown to Tour Together With Tyga at the End of Year
Music

Confirming the joint tour is Tyga himself, who insists that they have not planned to release an official LP together.

AceShowbiz - Chris Brown has lined-up a new tour mate after talks broke down with R&B superstar Usher - he's set to hit the road with rapper Tyga. Record producer Bryan Michael Cox - who has created hits for both Brown and Usher - sparked rumors of a collaboration when he took to video sharing website YouTube.com, claiming the pair was teaming up for a new trek.

In the video, he revealed, "Usher and the boy Chris Brown are going on tour, y'all know that, right? I might've just gave y'all some exclusive s**t!" Brown appeared to back up the statement - taking to his Twitter.com page to ask fans whether they would like the pair to hit the road together. He wrote, "What would you guys say if me and Usher went on tour?"

Usher's management team was quick to dismiss the claims, stating "There are no plans for Usher and Brown to tour together."

But the "Run It!" hitmaker has moved on from the snub. He's planning to tour with Tyga following the viral success of the pair's Fan of a Fan mixtape.

Tyga confirmed the tour to MTV News - but he's warned fans the pair isn't planning to release an official LP together - yet. He says, "I don't think you wanna drown people too much. We've been doing a lot of stuff, though. He's on my album. We're actually working on a tour right now. A Fan of Fan Tour at the end of the year. It'll be dope."

Tyga did not elaborate on where or when the pair would hit the road. But the collaboration is good news for Brown, following a string of touring letdowns. The singer's Fan Appreciation Tour faced difficulty and poor ticket sales in 2009 in the wake of his conviction for assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna. He was also forced to scrap his U.K. dates earlier this year after British immigration officials refused to to grant him a work visa.
