AceShowbiz - Kim Zolciak has responded following a temporary court ruling that granted her estranged husband, Kroy Biermann, increased authority in decisions concerning their four children amid their divorce proceedings.

The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star addressed the development after Kroy Biermann successfully filed an emergency custody motion. The judge’s temporary order maintains joint legal custody over their children—Kroy Jr., Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane—but gives Biermann final say on significant issues such as education, religion, and non-emergency medical care.

Kim Zolciak issued a statement to The Daily Mail and spoke about the ruling on social media, emphasizing that the decision is not permanent. She explained, “The senior judge’s decision from April 29th is temporary until we return to court as soon as possible when we have the opportunity for a full hearing.”

She also criticized the process that led to the emergency custody order, asserting that the investigation was incomplete. Zolciak claimed the ruling was based on a “flawed investigation” involving a guardian ad litem who, according to her, has not communicated with her in over a year.

Despite the current setback, Kim expressed hope for a full court hearing where both parties will have the chance to present their perspectives. “While I want this process to be over for my children more than anything, I am looking forward to a full court date when we will finally be provided with an opportunity to present the truth,” she stated.

The custody dispute remains ongoing as the former couple prepares to return to court for further proceedings.
