The album debuted at the top spot on the chart dated May 9, continuing the band's impressive streak since the chart's creation in 2007.
For the tracking week ending April 30, Your Favorite Toy accumulated 27,000 equivalent album units in the United States, according to Luminate data. Of those units, 23,000 were album sales, including a notable 11,000 units sold on vinyl. This strong vinyl performance propelled the album to a No. 3 debut on the Vinyl Albums chart as well.
Foo Fighters' reign on the Top Hard Rock Albums chart is historic. Every full-length studio album they have released since 2017 has reached No. 1 on this chart. This includes albums such as Concrete and Gold (2017), Medicine at Midnight (2021), and But Here We Are (2023). Their earlier works, including 2007's Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace, 2011's Wasting Light, and 2014's Sonic Highways, also topped the chart. Additionally, their 2009 greatest hits compilation claimed the No. 1 spot, underscoring their consistent dominance.

Four tracks from Your Favorite Toy appeared on the list, led by "Window," which debuted at No. 5, fueled by 1 million chart-eligible streams. The title track, currently the band's active radio single, followed closely at No. 6, boasting 3.6 million radio audience impressions and 537,000 streams. It previously held the No. 1 spot on Mainstream Rock Airplay for a week in April and peaked at No. 3 on Alternative Airplay.
Other tunes from the album, "Caught in the Echo" and "Of All People," ranked No. 24 and No. 25 respectively on the Hot Hard Rock Songs chart.
