AceShowbiz - Netflix is intensifying its focus on Argentine content by launching a new office in Buenos Aires and unveiling several upcoming projects, including updates on the acclaimed series The Eternaut.
The new Argentina hub is located in the Villa Crespo neighborhood, marking the latest addition to Netflix’s expanding Latin American production footprint. This opening follows recent office launches in Brazil and Mexico, solidifying Netflix’s presence in its three key Latin American markets.
According to Francisco Ramos, Vice President of Content for Latin America, these new offices are designed with a distinct Netflix identity, similar to those in London and Los Angeles. He explains that each location is "tailor-made" to reflect Netflix’s culture and commitment to local content.
Beyond the physical expansion, Netflix is rolling out four new Argentine series and providing updates on existing productions. Among the highlights is the much-anticipated potential third season of The Eternaut, a show that has garnered significant attention both locally and internationally.
Actors Luciano Castro and Valentina Zenere star in the upcoming series Tiempo Al Tiempo, further showcasing Netflix’s investment in diverse Argentine storytelling.
With these strategic moves, Netflix aims to deepen its collaboration with Argentine talent and stories, signaling a long-term commitment to the region’s vibrant entertainment industry.
