AceShowbiz - Drew Sidora's ongoing divorce from Ralph Pittman has escalated amid a contentious custody dispute involving their two children. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star recently filed a petition asking a judge to reconsider a custody order that awarded Ralph primary custody and required her to vacate the family residence.
In her court submission, Drew Sidora explained that she currently lacks the financial resources necessary to relocate from the home. Alongside this request, she made serious allegations concerning her estranged husband's conduct towards their son.
Drew submitted what she described as a video capturing Ralph severely beating their child, claiming he initially admitted to the incident but later denied it during court proceedings. She further questioned the custody decision by referencing an alleged documented history of physical abuse against their son by Ralph.
The custody ruling followed concerns about the children’s school attendance while in Drew Sidora’s care, leading to Ralph being designated as the primary caregiver. The court documents also raised financial disputes, with Drew alleging that Ralph is behind on mortgage payments by approximately $25,000.
At this time, Drew Sidora’s request remains under judicial review, and no new custody decision has been announced. Ralph Pittman has not publicly commented on these latest allegations.
