AceShowbiz - Jelly Roll is not facing any criminal charges following allegations made by comedian Nicole Arbour, who accused the country artist of making a threatening statement earlier this year.
According to an incident report dated March 1, Arbour informed deputies that she has encountered "ongoing issues" involving Jelly Roll and individuals connected to him. The report details her claim that during a discussion about a charity event, the singer mentioned seeing her with a camera and allegedly said he "would kill her."
Authorities reviewed video footage supplied by Arbour. The report indicates that deputies confirmed hearing the alleged comment in the audio.
Despite these allegations, the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department has stated that no charges have been filed against Jelly Roll and there is currently no active investigation into the matter.
Arbour has continued to address the situation publicly on social media over recent months. In previous posts, she questioned whether an apology had been offered and referenced attempts to resolve the dispute privately.
In December, she posted: "Feels strange that a lawyer who says they rep you is allegedly trying to get a weird joint statement from us that we're cool when you haven't apologized yet."
She also shared further claims online, including mention of a proposed confidentiality agreement related to the incident.
As of now, Jelly Roll has not made any public comments responding to Nicole Arbour's accusations.
