According to data from Luminate, Bieber’s solo catalog garnered 160.2 million on-demand official U.S. streams during the tracking week of April 10-16. This represents a 172% increase compared to the previous week (April 3-9), when the catalog earned 58.8 million streams. These statistics include only Bieber’s solo work and exclude songs where he is a co-billed or featured artist, such as “Despacito,” “I’m the One,” or “Cold Water.”

Looking at the weekly on-demand U.S. streaming totals over the past several weeks reveals the scale of this spike:

During the six weeks leading up to his Coachella performance (ending April 9), Bieber averaged roughly 56.7 million weekly streams. The week containing his set nearly tripled that number. Bieber’s second Coachella appearance on April 18 is expected to boost streaming figures again, with those numbers reflected in the Billboard charts dated May 2.

This streaming surge resulted in Bieber placing four songs on the latest Billboard Hot 100 chart (tracking April 10-16): “Yukon” jumped from No. 20 to No. 13, marking a new peak in its 40th week on the chart; “Daisies” re-entered at No. 18 after initially peaking at No. 2 last July; his 2012 hit “Beauty and a Beat,” featuring Nicki Minaj, re-entered at No. 26, marking its first chart appearance since its original run during which it peaked at No. 5; and “Baby,” featuring Ludacris, re-entered at No. 47—the first time it has charted since 2010 when it also reached No. 5.

The songs contributing most to the 160.2 million streams include “Daisies” with 10.6 million (up 98% from the previous week), “Beauty and a Beat” at 10.3 million (a 317% increase), “Yukon” with 9.4 million streams (up 71%), “Baby” with 6.8 million (up 174%), and “Confident” at 6.4 million streams (a 217% rise).

On a global scale, Bieber made an even larger impact, placing 17 songs on the Billboard Global 200 chart, which tracks activity in over 200 territories worldwide, including the U.S. Highlights from this list include:
