Nineteen Steps is adapted from the New York Times bestselling novel published in 2023, co-written by Millie Bobby Brown and Kathleen McGurl. Tom Hooper is also attached to direct Photograph 51, a Netflix film adaptation of Anna Ziegler’s play starring Natalie Portman as Rosalind Franklin, the British scientist whose work was crucial in discovering DNA’s structure.
