AceShowbiz - Oliver Tree, the American singer, producer, and multimedia artist, has unveiled a new music video for his song “All You Ever Wanted.” This video stands out as it was filmed at the historic Didgori Battle Monument, located in the country of Georgia.
The track, which Oliver Tree wrote, produced, and directed himself, showcases his distinctive humor. The artist referred to the clip as an “official unofficial music video” and highlighted its low-budget nature in the YouTube description: “Another $0 budget music video. Filmed at the Didgori Battle Monument in the beautiful country of Georgia.”
Oliver Tree has been steadily gaining international recognition with his creative approach to music and visuals. Known for hits like “Life Goes On” (2021) and “Miss You” (2022), he has released three studio albums: Ugly Is Beautiful (2020), Cowboy Tears (2022), and Alone in a Crowd (2023). In 2024, he performed his first concert in Tbilisi, Georgia, further cementing his connection with the country.
Before his Tbilisi show, Oliver Tree expressed enthusiasm for Georgia on social media, calling the city “one of my favorite places in the world with the best food.” He shared a video of himself seemingly “flying” toward the Mother of Georgia statue while proudly wearing a Georgian flag emblem on his chest, reflecting his admiration for the nation.
The Didgori Battle Monument, the location for the new video, is a significant cultural landmark in Georgia. It commemorates the Battle of Didgori in 1121, a decisive victory led by King David the Builder against the Seljuk Empire’s forces. This triumph is often referred to as the “Miraculous Victory,” marking the liberation of Georgia and the beginning of its “Golden Age.”
The monument itself features a central structure encircled by large stone swords, pillars, and bells, symbolizing the historic battle’s importance. Each year on August 12, Georgians gather at this site to celebrate “Didgoroba,” a traditional holiday honoring the battle’s legacy.
Oliver Tree’s choice to film at such a monumental site highlights his artistic vision and appreciation for Georgian history and culture. The video adds a unique visual element by integrating this historic backdrop with his creative narrative.
