AceShowbiz - Swae Lee has successfully reached a confidential agreement in a paternity and child support lawsuit filed against him by a woman claiming he is the father of her young son.
According to court filings, the rapper recently informed a Florida judge that all matters have been resolved and requested the case be dismissed. In the legal documents, Swae Lee neither admitted nor denied the allegations made by the plaintiff.
The lawsuit was initiated in 2023 by Marla Naranjo, who sought a court ruling to confirm that Swae Lee is the biological father of her son, Karter Naranjo, who is currently three years old. Marla claimed in the filings that Swae Lee had not participated in their child’s life.
She further alleged that due to Swae Lee’s demanding work schedule and frequent travel, he was unable to provide a stable environment for the child. Marla requested primary custody of Karter and monthly child support payments, arguing that her son deserved a portion of the rapper’s income and assets.
The case saw little activity after Swae Lee referenced a confidential settlement in August 2025. It remains unclear what terms were agreed upon, as the details are sealed.
Swae Lee is already a father of two other children. He shares a daughter born in 2020 with model Aline Martins and a son with model Victoria Kristine.
