AceShowbiz - Justin Moore has achieved a significant milestone by earning his 11th No. 1 on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart with the song Time’s Ticking. The track ascended two spots to reach the top of the chart dated April 11, registering 29.9 million audience impressions, a 14% increase from March 27 to April 2, according to Luminate data.
True to its title, Time’s Ticking completed a record-breaking 67-week climb to the No. 1 position, highlighting the sustained and steady growth that has characterized Moore’s consistent success on country radio. The song was co-written by Moore, Will Bundy, Randy Montana, and Jeremy Stover, and features a guest appearance from Dierks Bentley on its album version.
This achievement marks Moore’s first No. 1 since September 2022’s "With a Woman You Love." With 11 chart-topping singles, Moore maintains one of the most enduring presences on country radio over the last 20 years. Nearly 70% of his 23 charted singles have reached the top 10, and approximately 70% of those 16 top 10 hits have ascended to No. 1. Since his chart debut in August 2008, he has averaged a new No. 1 about every 20 months.
Ashley Sidoti, Blue Highway Records’ senior vice president of promotion and digital, praised Moore as a “consistent country radio hitmaker,” emphasizing that his music remains true to the genre’s core regardless of changing trends. Sidoti expressed pride in celebrating Moore’s 11th Billboard No. 1 single and the label’s first No. 1 hit.
Time’s Ticking has surpassed previous long climbs to No. 1 by Michael Ray’s "Whiskey and Rain" and Travis Denning’s "After a Few," both of which took 65 weeks. Other notable lengthy ascents include Scotty McCreery’s "In Between" (63 weeks), Dylan Scott’s "Can’t Have Mine" (62 weeks), and Chayce Beckham’s "23" (60 weeks).
Meanwhile, Luke Bryan tied his third-highest debut on the Country Airplay chart with "Country and She Knows It," entering at No. 21 with 8.1 million audience impressions. This is Bryan’s 49th career entry on the chart. Additionally, his collaboration with George Birge, "Ride, Ride, Ride," remains steady at its peak of No. 25, gaining 5% to 6.6 million impressions.
