AceShowbiz - The highly anticipated sequel to the hit series Yellowstone is finally set to premiere globally on Paramount+ on Friday, May 15. The new show, titled Dutton Ranch, will launch with its first two episodes and marks the beginning of a fresh storyline centered on two of the original series’ most beloved characters.

Dutton Ranch brings back Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser reprising their roles as Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler. Picking up after the events of Yellowstone, the story follows Beth and Rip as they attempt to forge a new life together far from the haunting past of the Yellowstone Ranch. However, their plans quickly encounter harsh new challenges and a powerful rival ranch that will stop at nothing to defend its territory.

In addition to Reilly and Hauser, the cast features Finn Little, Juan Pablo Raba, Jai Courtney, J.R. Villarreal, Marc Menchaca, Natalie Alyn Lind, Ed Harris, and Annette Bening. The series was created by Chad Feehan and is based on characters originally developed by Taylor Sheridan and John Linson.

Chad Feehan also serves as showrunner for Dutton Ranch, while director Christina Alexandra Voros helms multiple episodes, including both the premiere and finale. Voros recently completed directing all six episodes of Sheridan’s series The Madison.

Dutton Ranch promises to deepen the mythology of the Yellowstone universe by shifting the setting to South Texas and exploring new conflicts and alliances.
