During a press conference on Wednesday, March 11, Oscars executive producer Raj Kapoor revealed that the ceremony would host a significant reunion, confirming rumors about a special gathering of the cast from the hit comedy Bridesmaids.

The 2011 comedy Bridesmaids brought together a talented ensemble including Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Ellie Kemper, and Rose Byrne, who portrayed the bridal party of Maya Rudolph in a wild pre-wedding adventure. This year marks the film's 15th anniversary, and fans will see the cast reunite on the Dolby Theatre stage. Notably, Rose Byrne is also an Oscar nominee for her role in If I Had Legs I'd Kick You.

Producer Katy Mullan confirmed another reunion for superhero enthusiasts: a gathering of stars from the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
