AceShowbiz - Josh Flagg, one of the longtime stars of "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles", assures fans that the show isn't canceled despite the recent shakeup and filming pause.
"We're not canceled. We're on pause," Flagg, 39, exclusively confirmed to Us Weekly at the 36th Annual GLAAD Media Awards held on March 27. He added that pauses in filming have happened numerous times over the past two decades, dismissing rumors of cancellation as unfounded.
The speculation around the show's future intensified when it was reported on March 13 that production had been halted indefinitely ahead of the 16th season. This development came hot on the heels of star realtor Josh Altman and his wife, Heather, announcing their departure from the series after a decade.
Altman, who joined the show in season 4, noted that this decision had been brewing for the past two years and aimed at spending more time with their children, Lexi and Ace.
Heather Altman, who joined during season 8 in 2018, was prominently featured alongside her husband in the last couple of seasons. Around the same time, news broke that Tracy Tutor had left Douglas Elliman for Compass, bringing her participation in the series into question.
Despite these exits, Flagg remains optimistic about the show's return. He has been dividing his time between Los Angeles and New York, partly due to his relationship with his new boyfriend.
Flagg, who has been with the series since season 2, also hinted at potential future collaborations with Josh Altman.
Adding fuel to the fire, Heather Dubrow, a star of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" and a friend of both realtors, teased that "you may see the two Joshs back together on TV" soon.
