"The three of you guys," Dorit said during the show's trip to Saint Lucia. "I feel like I haven't seen the three of you guys together," referencing Kyle, Kim, and their older sister Kathy Hilton.

"I know, it is nice when we're all together. We're just not that close, I don't see her that much, unfortunately," Kyle replied.

The insider revealed that Kim was in "a really bad place," and the family preferred to keep the details private, claiming it was a repetitive cycle involving Kim's chaotic behavior.

"It's the same cycle: chaos until there's some incident that gets Kim back on track, then brief steadiness as they repair their relationship, then the drinking starts again, Kim makes excuses, Kyle pleads she gets help, etc. etc.," they elaborated.
