AceShowbiz - Kyle Richards, a star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has decided to remove "wife" from her Instagram bio after seeing photos of her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, kissing another woman.

The decision has been a significant one for Richards. On the Tuesday, March 4, episode of the Bravo show, she discussed it with her sister, Kathy Hilton. "I am not going to be sitting here having 'wife' on my Instagram bio with him running around with people. Why would I?" she said.

Mauricio, 54, was caught on camera kissing a mystery woman in Mykonos in July 2024, a year after they announced their separation. He was later seen getting cozy with a string of younger women on multiple occasions.

Throughout the episode, Kyle expressed mixed feelings about the situation. She admitted that, "In the past, it's been hard for me to think about taking 'wife' off my bio or my married last name, but the picture changed that for me."

While driving to a medical appointment with Kathy, she noted her confusion and emotional ambivalence, explaining she was "still a little bit shocked and still processing" the photos.

Kyle also revealed that Mauricio had already changed his Instagram bio after their separation, removing "husband and father" from his profile. "I feel stupid to have that on there," she stated.

In their discussion, Kathy encouraged Kyle to investigate the mystery woman, but Kyle resisted, saying, "I don't care who she is. That doesn't matter. I need to move on."

Kyle emphasized that it was crucial for her emotional well-being to focus on her future rather than dwell on the past, adding, "It could be somebody else next week. … I have to move forward."

Despite the challenges and public scrutiny, Kyle maintains a positive attitude about the future. "Kyle doesn't let it bother her, but it of course stings a little hearing about Mauricio with someone new," an insider told Us Weekly.

The reality star's Instagram bio now reflects her new chapter, reading, "Mom, actor, author, producer, animal lover, a RHOBH, CAA."
