AceShowbiz - Reality TV couple Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow have listed their palatial Beverly Hills mansion for $25 million. They purchased this luxurious property in 2023 for $16 million, and now aim to adapt to a more nomadic, apartment-based lifestyle.
According to their real estate agent Josh Altman, the shift is driven by their desire for more flexibility and travel opportunities as three of their four children have grown up and moved out.
The breathtaking estate, located behind a vast circular driveway, sits on over eight acres and offers mesmerizing views of the Los Angeles skyline. The mansion boasts five bedrooms, nine bathrooms, and features quintessentially Californian architectural design with spacious, sun-filled rooms. Guests are greeted by a grand foyer and twin staircases, setting an elegant tone right from the entrance.
Highlights of the home include an elegantly appointed dining room with expansive windows and a fireplace, a library nook with sleek blonde wood bookshelves, and a living room with stunning hillside views. The backyard is nothing short of impressive, featuring a swimming pool, a patio area shaded by columns of trees, and lush foliage all around.
In a video uploaded to her YouTube channel, Heather gave fans a tour of the property in its festive Christmas décor, underscoring their recent renovation efforts. The mansion's history is as glamorous as its design; previous owners include the late Italian producer Dino De Laurentiis, author Harold Robbins, and Steve Crane, a two-time ex-husband of Hollywood legend Lana Turner.
Last year, she revealed on her Bravo show that the renovation project on the house was a "disaster." She said, "You know how you and I always talk about our construction things? How it's, like, twice the time, twice the budget? We're sort of in that land."
Heather humorously noted that their proximity to the Beverly Hills Hotel made its famed restaurant, The Polo Lounge, feel "like our diner." Reflecting on their journey, she shared with Entertainment Tonight, "We tried to buy five or six properties all over Cabo, Newport Beach, Beverly Hills, Palm Springs and the universe landed us here, at the most iconic, Hollywood estate."
Besides the Beverly Hills mansion, "The Real Housewives of Orange County" also bought in 2022 a penthouse in Los Angeles that boasts incredible views and a hidden champagne room.
