The annual Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony was off to a great start with host Kristen Bell setting the stage by singing 'Frozen' song before reenacting her 'Gossip Girl' role later at the event.

AceShowbiz - Kristen Bell returned as the host of the 2025 Screen Actors Guild Awards, held at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles, and delivered an opening monologue that left the audience in stitches.
The "Nobody Wants This" star, also nominated for best performance by a female actor in a comedy series, started her segment with a parody of the hit single she sang in the original "Frozen", "Do You Want to Build a Snowman?". She began, "Do you wanna be an actor? Let's get your foot inside the door."
As Bell, 44, delivered the altered lyrics, a montage of the early career roles of some notable actors, ranging from Harrison Ford, Jodie Foster, Selena Gomez, Elle Fanning, and Zoe Saldana, was displayed on the huge screen. The footage brought a mix of reactions, from laughter to grimaces, as actors watched their younger selves.
As part of her monologue, Bell humorously quipped, "So yes, Justin Timberlake owes us all a piece of that song, look for my email petition."
During the ceremony, Bell also included light-hearted nods to her past roles. She reunited with her "Forgetting Sarah Marshall" co-star Jason Segel in a moment that had the audience in laughter, as Segel reenacted a famous scene from their 2008 film.
She also reprised her role as the narrator of "Gossip Girl", poking fun at Jeff Goldblum for his "wicked appetite" and "a not-so-lonely boy" Timothee Chalamet who was accompanied by "a hot steak, medium rare, au poivre, with a side of broccoli" in a seemingly reference to his girlfriend Kylie Jenner's absence. The funny bit ended with Bell squatting next to "Gossip Girl" star Leighton Meester who took a bite of her food because she's "really hungry."
The night was filled with memorable wins and moments. Timothee Chalamet scooped Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role for "A Complete Unknown", and Kieran Culkin nabbed Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role for "A Real Pain". Jean Smart defeated Bell in the best female actor in a comedy series category for her role in "Hacks".
Amidst the joyous triumphs and hilarious comedic bits, Kristen Bell took time to acknowledge the Los Angeles firefighters, who had recently tackled devastating wildfires and had their own special table at the event.
