Although 'Saturday Night Live' star Chloe Fineman is among the best impressionists on the show, pulling off a Harry Styles impersonation proved to be quite a challenge.

AceShowbiz - Despite her reputation as one of the best impressionists on "Saturday Night Live", Chloe Fineman admitted that her Harry Styles impression leaves much to be desired. On the red carpet of the "SNL 50th" anniversary special, Fineman confessed to "Chicken Shop Date" host Amelia Dimoldenberg, "My Harry Styles is really bad. I did it and he was at the table and was so devastated by how bad it was."

Fineman then gave Dilmoldenberg a quick demo of her impersonation. "Anyway, I'm Harry Styles, anyway," she said, highlighting her admittedly weak attempt at capturing Styles's distinctive British tones. She explained that she has "a bit of an obsession" with British accents.

Indeed, Fineman's talent shines most when mimicking homegrown stars like Drew Barrymore, Jennifer Coolidge, and Reese Witherspoon. She also went viral with a pitch-perfect parody of Nicole Kidman's Australian accent in an AMC ad.

Harry Styles himself should perhaps not be too critical of Fineman's struggles; his accent is famously difficult to pin down. Having been born in the Midlands, schooled near Manchester, and lived in London since joining One Direction at 16, Styles has an accent that's a blend of regional British influences, further complicated by his time spent in the U.S. and with American love interests.

While Fineman hasn't nailed her Styles impression on "SNL", she brought out her British accent for another role on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" where she played Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and ironically, Jimmy Fallon took on the role of Harry Styles. Fans might wonder whether Styles found Fallon's interpretation any better.
