This sighting comes just a few weeks after Gerber's breakup with "Elvis" star Austin Butler.
According to multiple sources, Gerber and Lewis have been spending a lot of time together over the past few weeks. On January 29, during their dinner date, Kaia wrapped her hands around Lewis' arm and rested her head on his shoulder, sparking speculation about their relationship status.
An eyewitness told E! News, "They arrived and left together," adding that the two were "holding hands and very affectionate."
