AceShowbiz - Macaulay Culkin and Brenda Song first met in 2014 at her "Dads" co-star Seth Green's house. Song admitted she didn't like Culkin when they first met, "He was trying to be funny about our show being canceled and I was not having it."
They later reconnected in 2017 while filming "Changeland" together. Their bond grew as they spent time together and shared personal experiences.
The couple have been together for almost a decade, but they are in no rush to tie the knot. The couple opened up to Cosmopolitan for the magazine's Love Issue about their relationship and why they have yet to get married.
Song revealed that they have considered eloping, but they are worried about how Song's mother would react. "I was like, 'If we eloped, my mom would have a heart attack that she wasn't going to be there,' " the actress explained. Culkin agreed, saying, "I wouldn't even!â€
When asked about their future plans, Culkin said, "I got your back no matter what. I'll do whatever you say you want to do," adding, "I'm in this to the end, to the very end." Song replied, "I'm fine if we don't [marry]. I just want to know."
While they have no immediate plans for marriage, Song and Culkin are committed to their relationship. They support each other's careers and are taking things at their own pace. The couple share two sons together.
