This decision marks the end of their relationship which saw them wed in 2019 and split in 'ber 2023, with Bryan filing for divorce on January 1, 2024.
As per the settlement, Bryan Abasolo will retain his personal property, including numerous pieces of jewelry, watches, clothing, books, and his Breitling watch and wedding band. He also holds the rights to his social security benefits and several bank and retirement accounts.
Furthermore, Bryan has been awarded ownership of a condo in Miami, along with all its furniture, and a 2021 Honda Accord, with the responsibility of covering all associated costs such as insurance premiums, leases, and storage fees. Bryan will maintain his professional ventures including Beverly Hills Disc and Laser Therapy Center, Dr. Abs Fit LLC, and numerous other business interests related to his chiropractic career.
Rachel Lindsay will keep her personal effects, including her clothing, jewelry, engagement ring, and wedding bands. Her assets also include a Jad Najjar painting and photos, her home in North Hollywood, California, and a leased 2023 Porsche Macan.
On the financial front, Rachel will maintain half of a bank account totaling $265,000 and has agreed to transfer the remaining half to Bryan. Additionally, she will make a one-time lump sum payment of $500,000 to Bryan as an "Equalization Payment."
