AceShowbiz - Grimes and Azealia Banks seemingly had a different opinion when it comes to the idea of them working together. On Thursday, December 26, the two musicians were involved in an online argument which was triggered by a "Wicked" meme.

Posted on X, the said meme featured Grimes as Glinda and Azealia as Elphaba. Grimes seemed to love the idea as she replied to the first poster, "Hate to say it but wouldve been kinda lit."

That's, however, not the case for Azealia, who had a strong reaction to Grimes' tweet. Taking aim at Grimes' both personal and professional life, the "Anna Wintour" femcee wrote, "girl the way u are still trying to hold out on some weird a** innocent bulls**t years later after u got dumped, cheated on, ur kids kidnapped and still trying to paint me like the villian and act like ur above me when ur getting sonned by elons secretary , -when ur the one that *literally* did not make the f**king music and Elon is the one who harvested ur eggs and took a picture of your c section is PEAK white female delusion."

She added, "Get over urself ho. The n***a has like four new kids and ur really a lame. Sis. U can really quit mentioning me. I know you wish you could be my bestie but b***h..... it's f**king boring as hell. Let it go."

Not stopping there, Azealia further slammed Elon Musk's ex by saying, "Stop trying to squeeze the novelty out of this to deflect from the fact that Elon really dogged you and dragged u in front of the entire world had you begging for your kids n s**t sis then threw all his h*es in a compound together and took his little bag of k and went to maralago.... sis... it's a dub. It's giving c***k daddy sis. He's on ozempic and tina feeling himself now. It's finished. He's f**king fried. After catching wind of Azealia's fiery tweets, Grimes attempted to clarify that it was "just a funny joke" and that she didn't try "to paint u as a villain." She further divulged, "i didn't 'get dumped'. I bounced. My amazing baby is asleep in my bed beside me, I'm in love. No regrets. Life is as beautiful as u want it to be. Ur insanely talented. Even after all this, I want u to win. Good bless Mlady."

In a separate post, Grimes labeled Azealia "the best hater on the planet." She added, "The da Vinci of insults. At a point I just gave up and accepted that I appreciate the madness of existence."
