AceShowbiz - On Wednesday afternoon, December 18, Leonardo DiCaprio exuded joy as he escorted his 81-year-old father, George DiCaprio, to the exclusive Bird Street Club in West Hollywood. George, once a renowned waterbed entrepreneur, sported a crisp white shirt and black suit jacket, his signature long white hair catching attention.
Meanwhile, 84-year-old Al Pacino, dressed in his trademark all-black ensemble, engaged in a lively conversation with George outside the club. The trio shared laughter before Leo escorted Pacino to his car, bidding George a cheerful goodbye.
Despite separating from Leo's mother after his birth, George played an active role in his upbringing. After transitioning from installing roofing to entrepreneurship, George became a prominent figure in the underground comic scene. He also guided young Leo through his early acting career and recently made his screen debut in Paul Thomas Anderson's 2021 film "Licorice Pizza."
In a separate outing, Leonardo, his father, and Pacino were spotted along a beach in Malibu. Pacino, who has a close connection to Leo's ex-girlfriend's mother, provided sage advice to the rising actress during her first film role.
George DiCaprio, a former mainstay in underground comix in the 1970s, appeared in the role of a hipster waterbed salesman in "Licorice Pizza." He joined the group for a walk along the beach, showcasing his long salt-and-pepper hair and sporting a blue patterned shirt and dark trousers.
